Seller reviewKellie Sergent was absolutely fabulous to work with and she provided prompt responses to all my email inquiries and insecurities. The small piece of property (without any structures) on Schuss Mountain she sold was apparently not a very desirable and very small piece of land, in a not so desirable location. As executrix for the estate of the deceased elderly couple who owned this land, I am so grateful Kellie was able to sell it. I'm in Texas and the property in Michigan and therefore I've not seen the property. I highly recommend Kellie Sergent as she did the nearly impossible of finally finding a buyer for this very difficult piece of property for which I'm very grateful.
