Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Kelly is a FULL-TIME REALTOR®, making our area a better place to live.

She listens to your needs and makes it work. She's up front on what the sale will look like and gives needed support. Quickly selling our home (48 hours) was a great experience because of Kelly. Seller reviewThe first thing I said to my husband after we finished the final paperwork was "Now we don't get to work with her anymore"? :( The last 9 months has been a season of changes for our family, new baby, new home, long cold winter and more. As someone that needs to know and understand all of the things, I was assuming this house search and sell process was going to be a very difficult journey for me trying to track all of the information, options, process etc... and keep on top of it all. However, after the initial conversation with Kelly my expectations of myself quickly began to fade. Kelly earned our trust within minutes and we never looked back. From paperwork to meetings to inspections to text updates, I can not think of any aspect of this process that could have been better. Aside from her knowledgebase, she always made us feel valued and had an extra dose of patience for our energetic children. She is dynamite! I was so thankful to let go of extra stress during an already stressful season and know that Kelly would handle every last detail, just like she said she would. We are so thankful for her!
