Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Seller reviewKelly was amazing through the entire process of selling my moms home. I had contacted Kelly after getting a referral from a friend as my mom decided to sell her home and move to California. Unfortunately my mom passed away shortly after contacting Kelly. Kelly was able to find a buyer who offered what we were asking within a very short time period (before the house was even on the market). She was also able to set up a contractor for us to get some minor things done before we arrived in Alaska to clear out my moms home. During the entire process Kelly was always available to answer my many questions and offer advice and was extremely knowledgeable on anything I asked her. This was a difficult time for my family but Kelly helped make it as easy as possible for us. I would definitely recommend Kelly and her staff to anyone selling or buying a home in Alaska.

Seller reviewKelly did everything we asked of her in a timely manner. She answered any questions we had, and advertised the house very well. We were doing showings of our house the day it went on the market. She made the whole process very easy, as we didn't have to do anything, other than fix some minor things after a home inspection. We used Kelly to buy the home, and then used her to Sell the home 6 years later. If we ever moved back to the area she would be the first realtor we would call! Very professional!
