Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Buyer reviewI had heard that Kelly Griebel was good, knew what she was doing, would position the house to look its best and sell quickly for a great price. She was also the selling agent on the house we wanted, so I knew that she would do a great job for us. She totally embodied all the characteristics....polite, understanding, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, professional, timely and clear communications, accessible, respectful and approachable. All the staff was great. Tiffany had the same great behavior that Kelly did. She was always quick to respond and got it done. Using Kelly and her team was just a fabulous experience. I really appreciated Kelly Griebel and her team. They are not only very knowledgeable, but they are on it. They don't waste time. Even the bank told me that they knew that Kelly would want the process moving along. Kelly and her team went above and beyond in many ways. They were helpful, personable, professional, and made sure to move it along but still get everything done. I was so please with them and would definitely use them again.

Seller reviewOnce again Kelly and here team surpassed our expectations. First day on the market and had 3 offers. Kelly and team go the extra mile, answer questions and respond to emails and texts quick! They helped solve any issues that came up, helped with all the inspections and paperwork as I was out of town. I guess after using Kelly so many times I have been spoiled in the way that she treats every client. She has the biggest heart and truly cares for both buyer and seller. She always works in their best interests, and has the highest ethical standard. She was even gracious enough to help us find a Realtor in Nashville. I big thanks to her and the team. Obviously any of our real estate dealing will ALWAYS be done through Kelly, Tiffany, and Kim! Thanks again!! 5 Star Plus!!
