I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kelly. She was knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, communicative, thorough, patient and extremely responsive. With us now living 500 mi away, we had to rely heavily on Kelly and her amazing team to sell our house. Ours was the typical Alaskan home, with all its quirks and imperfections. Our first walk through with her was very encouraging. Kelly focused on all the good things our house had to offer and gave us a very realistic market value. She then had outstanding professional pictures taken for online advertising. This was SO important, as most people go online to look for homes. Since the house was vacant, Kelly warmed it up a bit by staging the walls and shelves throughout with subtle and tasteful decorations. We were notified of every showing, given feedback, and were never left out of the loop. When the house sold, Team Kelly was there to smooth the way through a new septic system, banking issues, special buyer requests, inspection issues,...you name it. The final result is that everyone is happy, including us, and the new owners love their home. Kelly is such a warm, friendly, caring person. But she can't be everywhere at once. So she compiled a talented team who work well together. This makes Team Kelly able to be effective everywhere, without dropping the ball. I definitely recommend her to everyone. Now if I could clone her to sell the Fairbanks house too. I wish she could be cloned and have offices all over Alaska! She's got a heart of gold. The whole team was efficient, professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. Buying and selling real estate is a very big investment. Kelly takes her job very seriously and I never once questioned if I made the right choice in realtors.
