Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Kelly is a FULL-TIME REALTOR®, making our area a better place to live.

Seller reviewThe sale of my home became very difficult. First there was an unpleasant surprise with the AS Built survey that caused one sale to fall through. Kelly helped me work through the issue so that it was not a factor in any future offers. The second offer was contingent on many things being completed based on a very thorough building inspection report. In every case Kelly gave me names of people to work with and in some cases made the arrangements herself. The time line for completing all the requirements became crucial and Kelly personally worked with the various contractors to ensure that closing could happen on time. Kelly always responded to my requests very quickly. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the resources available in this community which helped a great deal. I highly recommend Kelly and her team.
