Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Kelly is a FULL-TIME REALTOR®, making our area a better place to live.

Buyer reviewTeam Kelly responded quickly to our request to view certain properties as we were on s tight time chrunch. Their quick response was one reason we went with them. We appreciate that Kelly has a wonderful team and was able to deligate and make someone available to us on short notice. Her constant communication gave us confidence we were in good hands and got us into our home on a good timeline! Kim Gomez went above and beyond and even met us for a walkthrough late evening leaving a personal event to help us ; as we were short on time. Excellent availablility and communication. The team did a lot of work preparing the additional items we wanted added/changed to the new construction home we bought. We got everything we wanted at a fair price. We appreciate their hard work in buying our home and sorting out the many details with the builder and would recommend Kelly Griebel to anyone relocating to the Kenai Peninsula!

Seller reviewKelly was quick, clear, open and friendly in all communications, and her transparency about our situation, the market and how to meet our end goal and needs was much appreciated. Our situation was complicated for the sale, as both my parents had passed and our timeline to sell the property due to my father's reverse mortgage (as well as handling the lien against the property) was a short one. Additionally, Kelly's recommendations for property improvement, sale price, etc. were spot on. Finally, Kelly was always friendly, patient, understanding, and kind, and I could not have asked for such a phenomenal experience during such a tough time.
