Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Buyer reviewI hate shopping in grocery stores. And non-grocery stores. I always struggle to find the items on my list and once found, the number of options available just increase the headache. Something as simple as "Pick up bread", can be horribly confusing when faced with a venerable wall of choices or 'potentially missed opportunities'. White, wheat, rye, a $5 deli loaf, the $1 Wonderbread....and on it goes. Not to mention that all of these horrors must be dealt with before you even get halfway to the checkstand! Just imagine my dread at trying to find a home to put all of the bread in. Kelly made the potentially terrifying home buying process wicked easy. We gave her a price range and a brief description of what and where we were interested, then BAM!!! In and out and we were living in an awesome place in no time! Kelly helped us to navigate through some options she knew we would like, perform recon on a few of the options together, buy one and move in! Turns out buying a home with Kelly was easier than grocery shopping :)

My family moved back to the peninsula from out of state and I was glad to have someone knowledgeable in the changes in the community and who knew all the odd out of the way places we were interested in looking at. Kelly was kind, enthusiastic, helpful and had a fantastic staff thay works with her. You cannot go into her office without feeling welcome and cared for. Kelly has my highest recommendations.
