Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Seller reviewKelly and her team helped me list 2 pieces of land I inherited from my grandmother. It was a hard decision for me to sell my family's homestead land, but Kelly made me feel comfortable and kept me informed through the entire process. I live in California, and her team made working on the sale remotely very easy. I was sad to let the land go, but the process was so smooth and easy. I cannot recommend her or her team enough!

Buyer reviewKelly listed my existing property on Friday and we had two offers the next day with two more interested. We closed in a few weeks, which allowed me to make an offer on another property. She came up with an offer that allowed the existing owners to close on the deal without undue pressure and allowed me the position of taking possesion of the property within my time frame.
