Buyer reviewMy daughter recommended Kelly as the go to person in Sandpoint. She had been following Kelly on Instagram. Upon inquiry on a property, Kelly immediately responded. Our initial offer on a property did not go through due to the demand for properties in Sandpoint. Kelly forwarded us an alternate listing. The listing had many issues including property boundary discrepancies, seller misrepresentations, and building property infringements. Kelly navigated through all this, including making direct contact with the County to confirm the seller proposals. There were several junctures that, if not attended to, could have nullified the sale. However, with Kelly's proactive personality and commitment, all the challenges were dealt with. HATS OF TO KELLY!
