Medford is a small community and the number of real estate brokers is limited. I interviewed all three companies in town and felt Kelly Kleist and Century 21 were best prepared to meet my needs. She came to our first meeting not only with a marketing plan and comparable listings but also a sense of what the property itself would look like to potential buyers. Century 21 lists their properties on MLS (some other brokers didn't!), and their online tools allowed Kelly and me to take care of all transactions via email and online document management. This was important to me as I live five hours away from the property I was selling in Medford. Kelly went above and beyond in assisting me with getting the house sale ready. She understood the local market and provided a solid plan for the sale of the house. Kelly walked me through my options at every step and provided the benefits and drawbacks to each option to help me make the best decisions for the sale of the house. I would use Kelly again!

Kelly was very helpful in the sale of my Mom's house. In July my Mom fell down the basement steps. Kelly would make sure that she checked in with my Mom either by visiting or calling to make sure she was doing OK. We are very appreciative that Kelly was able to work at getting the house sold prior to winter so my Mom would not be spending another winter out in the country without neighbors during the week.
