I had already worked with Kelly on my last two houses. He sold my first house in two days and my last house in less than a week! We ended up backing out of buying a house at the last minute, and needed a place to go since we were still closing on ours. He was able to help us find another house and negotiate a deal on our new house within a couple days, and even helped us negotiate early occupancy so that we weren't homeless. He is also very friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward, responsive, and willing to work with your schedule. I would absolutely use him again if/ when I ever buy another home.
