Kelly Robinson of CENTURY 21 Epic

I knew Kelly Robinson outside of Real Estate and knew she was a hard working, detail oriented person in her personal life. Kelly Robinson is a brand new agent. I hired her knowing she works hard but also knowing that if she didn't have an answer she would seek out information from her mentor. I appreciated all of the input Kelly received from her mentor, Diane, and also the input Kelly received from Rick, the broker of Century 21 Bundesen. I knew Kelly Robinson as a good listener and knew she would get me exactly what I wanted. I used several agents in the past and felt they let issues fall through the cracks. I did not go back to them. Kelly's follow through was excellent. I sent Kelly a note yesterday saying, "I have never felt so supported and informed in such a big step in my life to the point of when I was crazy busy with my work, I felt I could walk away and you would take care of it for me." This is how excellent Kelly was with me during this sales transaction. I was renting my house out prior to the sale and my tenants wanted to buy my house. This could have been an awkward situation because I had already expressed to them that I wanted them to buy the house. They were worried about a realtor going in and changing my mind about selling the house to them. Kelly handled my tenants in such a polite, professional way, so that they called me after meeting Kelly to say they felt completely comfortable with her.
