She was always available and willing to help when we weren't able to be in town throughout the looking and buying process. Kelsey has great knowledge of the Des Moines metro and what to look for when buying a home. She is super friendly, relatable, and understanding. Highly recommend her to all buyers!

She was very helpful with finding multiple properties to look at other than the ones I'd send her and worked with my schedule for scheduling times to go tour the houses even if it was a weekend or later in the evening. When it was time to make an offer and start paperwork for everything she had lots of beneficial information and advice that really helped everything flow smoothly.
