Seller reviewI would highly recommend Ken Welch as a broker or seller to anyone's house. Ken helped my family sell my mother's house when she was no longer capable of living in Florida. Ken's professionalism was outstanding. He was always available whenever you had a question. His answers were always kind, considerate, patient, understanding. All the way through, the documentation was sent out in a timely manner and the house was sold within a week. During the time, he kept us in the loop about things that were always going on and asked for permission to do what he needed to do. Ken bent over backwards for us and made us feel at ease. Once again, I would highly recommend Ken Welch as your house broker.
