Seller reviewI had co-signed for my nephew's home many years ago. He stopped making payments so I took on the mortgage. It was a messy process, it was going into foreclosure and had many leans on the house. Kendall helped me understand the process and my options. Kendall also toured the house several times to help me determine what I needed to get fixed/remodeled to sale the house. I appreciated her advice and continued support throughout the process.

We went to many open houses for fun when we first came into town, Kendall stayed in our minds as the best agent we met. She was highly professional, knowledgable, and personable. When going through the process we knew we made the right choice, she was excellent in every measure of an agent, her years of experience show in the quality of service. Usually, when you have an agent this good it is hard to get a hold of them but Kendall was always very responsive and if she didn't answer she would always return the call promptly. All around an excellent agent!

Buyer reviewWe are very happy we chose Kendall. She is extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to help us find and get a house. We lived in Michigan, and when we were ready to make an offer on a house, Kendall used the Internet program so we didn't need to make a trip to Indiana for each step. We were leaving on vacation the following day, and she stayed up very late to accommodate our schedule, and got the offer in before we went on vacation. She was very polite and helpful. Kendall has a wealth of information about anything related to houses.
