She assisted me in an apartment hunt when I first arrived in the area, and explained what would be our best arrangement given our interest in a home. That worked out perfectly, and my wife and I were ready to begin a home search almost immediately once our other home has sold. Kendra helped us understand the market, find the right home, and make a solid offer very quickly. She was always easy to get a hold of and worked extremely hard for us. At closing, when the radon system the sellers arranged fell through, we still closed on time, and she found us a more reliable contractor, and made sure they followed through. Combine that with her patience and generosity with our 2 year old son, and we would definitely recommend her!
