We felt very comfortable with him and had confidence in his abilities to sell our property. As it turned out we chose wisely! Ken is/was very proactive and responded very quickly to all questions or concerns we had about the sales process. He provided professional service and advice from the start of the listing, to the final day at title company office for the property closing.

Considering the nightmares we went through with our first house, We were very concerned about this purchase. However, there are not enough good things I can say about our experience. Ken Bird not only took care of the house aspect, he also took care of other aspects such as providing POC's that were financially friendly to take care of other aspects such as inspections, alarm systems, etc. We are new to the area so for Ken Bird to provide all the needed POC's to complete our purchase was a super plus. With Ken Bird it was a "one stop shop". He offered options for our needs and it was a VERY smooth process. Ken Bird is detailed oriented and would make his best to see you get clear responses to questions and would assist you on making sound decisions on the purchase of your home. What I liked the most was that he is outspoken, Ken will give his opinion on the home! Good or Bad... I really loved his approach because sometimes as a buyer you feel lost and even blind to the details of the homes. If it wasn't for Ken Bird we would have ended up buying a home with lots of repairs just because of the looks...But he saved us from doing that! Ken Bird has A++! He was extremely patient! He went above and beyond! In one of the homes I asked for a compass, there was Ken Bird with an app on his phone. We needed a flashlight, he had one...and the list goes on... In conclusion, Ken Bird was an excellent realtor that loves his job and will make sure a home without hassles.

Ken Bird knew our house and our market much better that we did; and he was always patient and understanding of our concerns for pricing it too high but assured us through his research and knowledge (and end result!) that he was right on target.

Ken was able to help us with our move from Colorado to Ft. Worth. There were timing and logistical issues but Ken was always there when we needed him. He was always prepared and was always looking out for our best interests.
