We love working with Kent! He helped us buy our first home eight years ago and we knew we wanted him to help us in our search for our next home!

We were moving across the country from Idaho to Indiana and needed an agent who understood what we wanted and was aware of how different this would be with limited time to look in person and also needed someone sensitive to this being an emotional move. Kent initially had two houses We were looking at listed so before we called him we looked at his online reviews which were great. After We called and spoke he was so calming and knowledgeable I knew he would be a great help to us. Kent took hours out of his day initially to tour us around the area even when we weren't 100% sure yet that we were moving. He was so informative of the area and the real estate and also was soooooo gracious and never seemed put out. Kent was also just so wonderful and respectful. He is such a professional and would offer his opinion only when asked he wasn't pushy or trying to sell us on a house. he really seemed to want us to find what was best for us and came off very genuine. When we found a house online he was able to have a member of his team FaceTime us through within the hour and he was always available to answer our questions and good about getting all the information we requested as soon as possible. We were very impressed and pleased with Kent as an agent. Would highly recommend him!

Working with Kent in the search of our forever home was a joy. There were many things we hadn't considered (was a 100-year old home really for us given that we didn't want maintenance issues? Would the layout suit our 3-generations-living needs? Was the home VA loan suitable?) and Kent always stayed one step ahead of us. He trained us to look at the bigger picture objectively, considering our prospective needs down the road. Most importantly, given we were buying our home while we were living outside the USA in the time of COVID - 19, Kent made sure our time wasn't wasted when virtual tours had to be conducted in the middle of the night where we were in order to coincide with daylight hours in Indiana, he anticipated our questions in advance and was as prepared as anyone could possibly be with answers so at no time did we doubt his knowledge of the properties as applicable and that he was 110% committed to protecting us. We're very fond of Kent Miller and grateful we contacted him to represent us in the purchase of our home. We're so happy with the whole experience and love our new home! We lived in Japan during our home - buying experience and Kent Miller went above and beyond by taking on the leg work of picking up our earnest money check to deliver to the Seller. He provided me with a comprehensive list of people I could contact in every field (electrician, handyman, housecleaning, etc) including a tax attorney in case we needed one because we were new to the area. The names were collected from people Kent knew from previous Buyers and Sellers, and his personal experiences. That list is threadbare from use because I referred to it daily as we moved in. I'm sure it made our transition go far more smoothly than it might have because the process is overwhelming! We just can't say enough in favor of Kent and our buying experience!
