I have been in the people business of assisting buyers and sellers in making decisions since 1972. My real estate background includes managing two real estate companies and owning & operating my own company for 17 years.

Seller reviewKent understand me and my needs. He is willing to step in and help and offer recommendations when asked, but respectful of decisions we make. Kent gave good counsel as we discussed whether to accept or counter offer. He stayed close to the buying agent to make sure things went smoothly. He followed up on details like termite contracts and other issues to make sure everything was ready to close on time. Kent was great when we were looking at houses. He was careful to point out both the advantages and the drawbacks of the house. His knowledge about how to fix things and the potential expenses involved have been invaluable. It was great to know we could call him any time with any questions and he's happy to get back to us with answers based on decades of experience.
