Buyer reviewI went through USAA and was given Larry Susong's name. Since I was moving from out of state it was important to me that my agent could be flexible with just about everything. I was only going to be in town for my house hunting trip for 3 days. Larry spent all three day's driving me around and explaining everything about the different neighborhoods. Larry had to handle everything, I was in CA for the home inspection and everything else that required someone to be at the house. He did it all for me and even got me on Facetime so I could virtually be there for everything I needed. Larry Susong is an exceptional agent, without his patients and understanding of my personal situation I never would have been able to make this move to Charleston. From Day one until closing he was there every step of the way (the sellers agent didn't show up to closing).
