Kevin was able to work out with the title companies for us to handle our money made from the house to go to the title company of our new home seeing how we bank with USAA and getting a cashiers check is a major hassle. He always takes care of details like this to make the process smooth and painless for his client

Kevin has been my realtor for every house purchase and sale I've ever had. Luckily randomly found Kevin for my first house and instantly was sold on him because of his knowledge and ability to explain every detail leaving no questions in any part of the process. Kevin provides the type of service you'd hope to get with any type of purchase and with one as important as a home there is no one else I trust more (which says something I have family that's realtors) but Kevin has always done right by me even telling me things I don't want to hear because he knows it's in my best interest. I always suggest Kevin to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house because I believe that strongly in his ability to truly care about his clients best interest. His knowledge and service cliche or not is above and beyond what you'd expect. I greatly appreciate his services over the years and though I believe this is our forever home if it's not he will be the first call I make Kevin far excels in every category. Over the years it's legitimately as if he's getting even better than all those years ago when I first used him with no knowledge of how it all works. Kevin is an amazing agent. After working with him on buying two houses and selling this one, I will continue to work with Kevin on any property I buy/sell. He focuses on taking care of his clients and ensure they are satisfied throughout the process. He is attentive, flexible, and provides an overall better experience. This includes responding to calls / e-mails / texts timely, proactively communicating information, and shares guidance. Based on previous experience, I knew Kevin was an amazing agent. After experiencing complications with the sale of this house due to the actions of the buyer's agent, it highlighted the value that Kevin adds to the process. While many realtors focus on taking selfies, Kevin's focus is on representing his clients to the best of his abilities. A few examples of from this experience was Kevin communicating directly with the buyer's lender to receive updates when the buyer's agent wouldn't respond or provide updates, following up with other parties to ensure they were completing their required steps when things were stalled, and provided honest and realistic updates. The sale of this house was completed because of the actions of Kevin. If it wasn't for Kevin, it would have needed to be relisted or still pending.

Kevin helped me find the right place for me. He focused on what I needed and wanted in a house. Helped me understand what different terms meant that as a novice home buyer, I would not know. He was willing to update my FlexMLS account to ensure I was only seeing properties that were relevant to my needs and budget, which was helpful in reducing the overwhelming feeling that can occur when looking at 100s of properties. He was willing to find times to meet for showings, and would come prepared with information printed on the property so I could see it while reviewing the home. He was there the entire time, and ensured I was able to close on the property without any issues. I can not imagine how purchasing a property could be easier than Kevin made the experience. Lastly, he goes above and beyond for his clients. At closing, the seller didn't have the keys with them. Kevin was willing to meet with their agent to get the keys and met me later in the evening to ensure I didn't have to make a trip out of my way to obtain them.

Kevin is amazing at his job! I wouldn't deal with anyone else.
