Kevin worked really hard for us, dealing with a difficult situation-with us (the sellers) living out of state and not able to always deal with physical issues of the property in a timely manner, plus having to deal with existing renters occupying the property, while he did showings, inspections,etc. His knowledge of area sales helped us see what kind of further work needed to be done to make our house sellable and his patience and constant communication throughout the process was very helpful. Overall Kevin Anderson was a huge blessing to us and made the process of selling our house as painless and easy as possible. He did a great job.

We recently just purchased our first house. Kevin Anderson made this process amazingly simple. He provided us both the information and space we needed to be able to find what we were looking for without feeling like we were being forced into a decision. He also reached out at appropriate times to touch base to ensure we were doing well and to check if the houses he was sending our way were meeting what we were looking for. When we would get recommendations from the portal website we didn't like, we would inform Kevin and he would update our settings. We only needed to look at two houses prior to finding our house. When he found out of an issue we were having that should have been completed by the prior home owners he assisted with getting the issue resolved without me asking.
