The thought of selling our home was very scary and we were very nervous to begin the process. Thankfully Kevin was there every step of the way. I mean every single step! Most importantly Kevin was always very quick to answer emails, texts and calls. I am grateful our friends recommended Kevin to us and I can say with 100% certainty I would recommend Kevin to others. Kevin has recently assisted me on 3 Real Estate transactions in the past 14 Months (2 sales, 1 Purchase). The recent transaction was a sale and Kevin set me up Beautifully to succeed. He gave impeccable advice on how to maximize my listing and was there every step of the way explaining his objective and formula for selling my home fast. Not only did we sell the home fast, we had 74 private showings (no open house), Multiple offers, and sold the home $32,000 over asking. Sure, you could make the argument that the market is red hot for sellers; but a lot of credit has to go to Kevin. He took a red hot market and maximized the potential of my home which ultimately culminated in a huge win for me and my family. Look, I can't stress this enough - You need an agent that is competent and that has the network to bring you the buyers or alternatively to help you land your dream home. Kevin has been at this a long time and can qualify emphatically for both sales and purchases. Additionally, you need someone who knows what to do when their large network presents multiple showings and in my case multiple offers. Kevin laid out everything in line items so it was crystal clear and we never thought twice about the offer we accepted. There is a saying in the Real Estate world that when you find a buyer that gives you an offer you can't refuse, they are referred to as the "Unicorn". Well, Kevin is the Unicorn of Agents and many of us have discovered him for your use - don't second guess it; you will be making the right choice!

From the first day we met Kevin LaRue, we had an instant connection. He was strongly recommended by a family friend. He knows the Northern Virginia market extremely well, and we were drawn to him especially because of his fund of knowledge and excellent sales reputation. Kevin LaRue is personable, professional, and extremely accessible! He even spoke with us when he was out of the country on vacation! There were times that he would answer our phone calls even at 11 PM. This is a rare quality to find. He is very hard working and has a wonderful resources to help with his creative marketing strategies. Within 6 days, we were able to sell our home and get a contract ratified on our stunning new home. From listing to closing, he has been great to work with and has also become a great friend. We have already recommended him to our family and friends as an agent, and we will use him again in the future!

After coming off a bad experience with our previous broker, my wife and I were feeling a little anxious about the house buying process in Norther Virginia. We came from an area where you literally got twice the house, for half the cost, and our we thought our outlook seemed pretty grim. After visiting some dear friends in Leesburg, we were given the name, Kevin LaRue, and decided to follow up. Our relocation company told us that Kevin was unavailable due to being on honeymoon and once again our hopes were dashed. To our surprise, Kevin called us FROM his honeymoon, and immediately began asking questions about what we were looking for in a new home. It meant a lot for him to call us on his own time, ask us what WE wanted, and also take the time to go through the various options associated with our unique relocation situation. Touring houses with Kevin was night and day different than our previous experiences. Kevin was patient, knew the lay of the land very well, and had substantial knowledge about each type of place and area that we toured. His experience always helped us think through our decision making process, and ultimately his input helped us decided on our eventual dream home in Leesburg, VA. I cannot recommend Kevin LaRue enough; if your goal is to find your dream home, Kevin will make it happen!

Kevin LeRue is a top agent in the Country (not state) for a reason. As an executive in a large Property Management Firm; the Agents I come across tend to be lazy. Most only act or go the extra mile when there is commission involved. Kevin is the exact opposite! He cares about the client and understands that along the way, you may have to see quite a few homes before one really appeals to you - he treats every showing with the mindset that this may be the one. His responsiveness and professionalism are unmatched. This is Kevin's full time job and he takes it seriously; it doesn't take long for his clients to recognize that. In addition, I would also like to thank David Massey. Another great sign of a good agent is being able to transition duties flawlessly. Kevin made me aware in advance that he would be going on his honeymoon during the latter part of the transaction and closing on the home. This was also done during the height of the Christmas and new year holidays - while this could be chaotic for all parties involved, Kevin coordinated his colleague, David Massey, to assist on the final touches. David filled in flawlessly and was a great agent in his own right - thank you, David! In closing, I can't write all I need to to express just how important it is to have a good agent and how Kevin LaRue checks all of those boxes. Take my word for it and do yourself a favor if you're in need of a real estate expert, don't hesitate to call Kevin LaRue!
