Buyer reviewKevin was great to work with from start to finish. This was not an easy market and Kevin was patient and understanding of our wants and needs. He helped us through many offers and explained what he thought was appropriate and fair throughout the process. He was great with the sale of our home as well. Kevin knows the market well and was able to give important information needed that helped make us competitive with both the sale and purchase of our new home. He had a good strategy on how to approach the selling of our house which resulted in a quick sale and well above asking price. He gave great advice and has standing relationships with experienced stagers, movers, etc that helped make the moving process less stressful on us. When selling our property, they came by and took their time to walk our property, noting not only big things, but the little things as well that needed adjustment to help us sell. They also recommended different companies they've worked with to do work on the house like carpet cleaning, grout work, etc. Their marketing efforts were spot on and we sold our house quickly with everything we wanted. I personally recommend Redwood Realty for both buying and/or selling.
