Buyer reviewMy wife and I have worked with a few realtors in the past and when we met Kevin, we didn't realize how great a realtor could be. Kevin is professional, highly responsive, and extremely personable, making him easy to work with and communicate with. He was always there when we needed him and always offered to help more than we expected. Kevin came highly recommended and he lived up to it, and now we will always highly recommend Kevin!

Seller reviewThis was our second time working with Kevin LaRue. Earlier we sold an investment property that ended up being an easy transaction with the current tenants buying the property. This time, we found our dream house in Winchester and Kevin helped us get it with a contingent offer, which in this market was amazing. After that, we had to get our house on the market ASAP and Kevin gave us suggestions on what to fix, listed the house as fast as he could, and got showings started. Kevin was constantly sharing feedback so we could see if anything about the house could be improved. When we finally got two offers for the house it was the day that Kevin's son was born. We never expected him to be working that day, but he was! He was able to negotiate a great offer for us that allowed us to purchase our dream house. Throughout this whole process Kevin has been nothing but positive, professional, and helpful. You know you have a good realtor when they feel like a friend at the end of the process. We are so happy in our new home and owe it all to Kevin!

Both times, I had an amazing and very "easy" experience. I know that Kevin & Arianne, regardless of knowing me prior, would show the same kindness and attention to helping anyone. They are dedicated to excellence, professional, knowledgeable (having both worked in the NOVA area since the beginning of time :)), and truly focused on serving their clients. Seller reviewKevin LaRue is the absolute BEST realtor! We were very fortunate to find him 6 years ago, by pure luck, when buying our home. When it was time to sell, we didn't even consider anyone else. I sent him a message and he came out the very next day, on his day off, to look at our property and discuss the path forward. He has extensive knowledge about the geographic area and priced our home appropriately. He provided a stager to help stage our home for the move, at no cost to us. He has a list of recommended vendors (movers, cleaners, contractors, etc) that came in handy during the move. He sold our property in less than a week! We could not be happier! Kevin is personable, attentive, and has a very pleasant personality. He was there for us every step of the way - and always addressed our questions and concerns. I recommend him to others all the time - and even though we have moved to another state, I will continue to recommend him to all of my friends in Virginia. Hands down - Kevin is the absolute BEST!
