Buyer reviewKevin patiently showed us several houses and gave us great insights as we toured them all. We were fortunate to find a house that had not come on the market through social media and Kevin's relationship with the Seller's agent was definitely instrumental in helping to secure the house. He struck a great balance of wait/move during the process and we are extremely pleased with the results. When we first started looking for a home in the Broadlands area, we briefly worked with another realtor and it was quickly apparent that they were not going to get results in this market. Kevin was recommended to us through a friend as the right realtor that we need to get a house right now. Kevin is very proactive and clearly works with buyers to understand the risks and challenges associated with this market. If we have a need to buy or sell in the future, we will only work with Kevin...he's fantastic!

Seller reviewWe knew Kevin from decided renting our house back in 2016. Renting process was so new to us since our first own home but Kevin was the one helping us renting our property. I was not cross my mind not other Agent except Kevin when I decided sale our property. He is definitely one of the hardest working realtor in the field. We are so glad that he was our Agent when we were looking at sale our property. We are highly recommend Kevin!

Seller reviewMy husband knew Kevin LaRue from a networking group, but after one conversation with him we were convinced he was the right choice for selling our investment property. He was open to everything we were saying and we felt listened to. His plans were great and we felt he would protect our interests. Having used other realtors in the past, we can tell the difference between a good realtor and a great realtor. Kevin is an excellent realtor. He went above and beyond finding information and answers to our questions. He was helpful, using his knowledge of the market to provide information critical to decision making. He never made us feel silly for asking tons of questions. He was great to work with! We will work with him in the future as we move into a bigger space because we trust his knowledge of the area and know, without a doubt, that he will help us get exactly what we want. We highly recommend Kevin!

Seller reviewKevin is definitely one of the busiest people I've met and always made us feel like the sale of our home was a top priority. He always responds to emails and texts timely and is very knowledgeable about real estate in the area. Kevin listened to our family's needs, came up with a great plan for the sale of our home, and executed the plan with a contract less than one week after our formal listing agreement was signed! Highly recommend his services and understand why he is considered the best of the best!

We knew Kevin's knowledge of the area would be key to achieving this, and we were right. We've purchased and sold many homes over the years, and Kevin has by far been the best agent with which we've ever worked. He took a personal interest in getting us the most from of our offers, and he always had a plan to address any issues. Kevin was always approachable for questions, and not only knows the market but is an expert with the process. We couldn't have been happier!
