I have multiple experiences in both selling and purchasing different houses in my life. When making such a large decision, I know the right Real Estate Agent is a critical component of the process. Among the many things to consider are; Knowledge of the area/market/trends, experience in negotiating, communication skills but most of all wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout our process Kevin Leavitt has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call and email, no matter what day of the week, or time of day. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and incredible work ethic are much respected and appreciated. He was always available to answer my numerous questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.
