Easy Guy to deal with and very knowledgeable

I have multiple experiences in both selling and purchasing different houses in my life. When making such a large decision, I know the right Real Estate Agent is a critical component of the process. Among the many things to consider are; Knowledge of the area/market/trends, experience in negotiating, communication skills but most of all wanted to work with someone that I could trust.
