I selected Kim Granger as a listing/purchasing agent based on reviews that were left by previous clients on her Century 21 website. The comments that her previous clients wrote were overwhelmingly positive and I must say were completely accurate now that I have had the chance to work with her personally. Kim was very polite, professional, and dedicated. She answered many texts and emails from me at very late hours of the evening. She was also very laid back and provided pressure free selling and buying experiences, which were very important to me. There are several reasons why I would recommend Kim to anyone that is looking to either sell or buy a home. From a sales perspective she will provide useful suggestions on how to improve your home's appearance at the time that it is listed. Once your home is on the market she does an excellent job advertising the listing, provides very quick feedback on showings, and does everything she can to ensure that your home sells quickly. Once you are ready to buy a new home she is always willing to make herself available for showings. She is also very knowledgeable about the local market and stays on top of all of the inspections, paperwork, etc. to ensure the buying process goes smoothly.
