Born and raised in Louisiana, I grew up learning the art of Southern hospitality and cooking the Cajun way-straight to the heart. My early years were spent working in local mom-and-pop restaurants, where I developed a deep appreciation for service, connection, and community. After attending LSU in the late '80s and early '90s, life led me to Florida in 2004-where I discovered a new passion: real estate.
Now, after 20 years in the Sunshine State, I proudly call Florida home. My transition from chef to Realtor came naturally-both careers require listening closely, anticipating needs, and delivering an unforgettable experience. Everyone's situation is different but this was just emotionally draining. Kim Guillory handled everything from refering us to honest, reliable contractors to get the condo ready for sale, to marketing it appropriately to helping us deal with the trust and closing matters. On top of all that she was compassionate in dealing with my elderly mom who really was losing her home and independence. I honestly do not know how we would have gotten through this ordeal without the guidance, kindness and expert knowledge that Kim gave us. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to her.
