Born and raised in Louisiana, I grew up learning the art of Southern hospitality and cooking the Cajun way-straight to the heart. My early years were spent working in local mom-and-pop restaurants, where I developed a deep appreciation for service, connection, and community. After attending LSU in the late '80s and early '90s, life led me to Florida in 2004-where I discovered a new passion: real estate.
Now, after 20 years in the Sunshine State, I proudly call Florida home. My transition from chef to Realtor came naturally-both careers require listening closely, anticipating needs, and delivering an unforgettable experience. She truly cared about helping us buy the house we wanted. She was upfront about every aspect and did not give us any false hope. She was always available when we had a question or concern. Kim cares about people and making sure they get the house they want. She is not one of those agents who's only concern is making money. This community is different that the norm, Kim understood this and was able to communicate information that was pertinent and important to this community and sale of our property, Kim, showed us many properties, and always made time so the coordination was easy on us. We feel she is very knowledgeable and if there was something she did not know she didn't try to gloss over it, she would get the right data back to us asap.
