Seller reviewKim, was always there when we needed her, even though we have purchased several homes in the past if we started to flounder Kim would pick us up and make sure everything was moving forward again. This community is different that the norm, Kim understood this and was able to communicate information that was pertinent and important to this community and sale of our property, Kim, showed us many properties, and always made time so the coordination was easy on us. We feel she is very knowledgeable and if there was something she did not know she didn't try to gloss over it, she would get the right data back to us asap. There are many aspects to the sale and purchase of a property, we believe Kim has a vast store of knowledge in any and all facets of the real estate business. We would recommend Kim Guillory to anyone, friend, business associate, relative etc. We thank her for taking care of us in this business venture.

Buyer reviewThere is no way you can go wrong by selecting C21 Beggins!!! Kim Guillory, like most of the agents at C21 Beggins was fabulous! She was determined to help us find the right investment property and went above and beyond our expectations!!! She saved us from purchasing a property that was not correctly marketed in the MLS by digging deeper, doing her homework and discovering it would NOT work for us! She is a "go-getter" and made the whole process easier, even acquiring a great handy-man for us! The Listing Agent, David Herdt was wonderful as well and we appreciated his professionalism and help in answering our questions. We couldn't be happier with how things have turned out! From Title to Office Staff....everyone was amazing!!!
