I specialize in Waterfront homes and Upland homes in Little Egg Harbor including Mystic Islands and Osborn Island, Tuckerton, Manahawkin, Beach Haven West, Barnegat, Waretown and Lacey/Lanoka Harbor. I also sell homes in most of Atlantic County and Burlington Counties, including Egg Harbor Township, Ventnor, Margate, Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Absecon, and Egg Harbor City/Pomona/ Mullica I am a flexible, creative and tenacious realtor. I do my very best for my people and work to keep them as life-long clients. I love what I do, and I am always honest. If that honesty costs me a sale, then so be it. Seller reviewI became a widow at 56. I never thought I would have to sell the home my husband and I made for ourselves. Kim new the importance of my sale so I could move and start a new life. Kim got me the absolute highest amount for my house and believe me she had to work hard for it on account of tide lands that were on my property. Kim never gave up the fight. I am now living in SC were my family resides. The only thing I do wish is that Kim was here to find me a house. I will always appreciate what Kim has done for me.
