I also sell homes in most of Atlantic County and Burlington Counties, including Egg Harbor Township, Ventnor, Margate, Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Absecon, and Egg Harbor City/Pomona/ Mullica I am a flexible, creative and tenacious realtor. I do my very best for my people and work to keep them as life-long clients. I love what I do, and I am always honest. If that honesty costs me a sale, then so be it. We didn't know a whole lot about the locations of some of the houses, but we told her what we were looking for and she gave us a list and told us to contact her if we wanted to look at any of them. Once we decided that we were actually going to buy a house Kim Hanadel couldn't have been more attentive, listening to everything we wanted and needed. Kim Hanadel has a wonderful personality and knowledge of the area - we couldn't have gotten a better realtor. I know this is Kim Hanadel's job, but we feel she went over and above her job & we couldn't be happier with everything she did for us. She helped us get our forever shore home with such ease & again, it is Kim's job, but we are extremely grateful to her for helping us do this.
