Kim was knowledgeable, professional, forthcoming, responsive and communicative throughout this process. She was reassuring and supportive when I struggled with the mixed emotions of selling my mother's home. She ALWAYS responded right away to texts or voicemails. Kim also patiently provided info & explanations to this home sale novice, until I understood the details & process to my satisfaction. Over the few weeks the house was on the market, I had a lot of questions-often the same questions-yet Kim answered each with specific details and the soothing reassurance of a consummate professional. I appreciated this so much. On the eve of the sale, I suddenly realized there were two small but important tasks I'd forgotten to complete, and could not complete due to my work schedule. Kim didn't miss a beat. She addressed & completed both tasks with an immediate efficiency so impressive that it's likely she used her magic realtor's wand. [#HowDidSheDoIt?]
