Everyone isn't working with perfect circumstances when purchasing there 1st home and she was able to work with us and work us through some of our difficulties without letting us feel inadequate or unworthy. I would recommend Kim because she's patient and knows her stuff when it comes to contracts and best practices. In the game of home purchases their could be plenty of obstacles and you want someone that can keep you on the right schedule.
