I was born in Bozeman, MT and raised in Billings. Pursuing my dream of nursing, I graduated from Montana State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing while also playing college tennis and then practiced for over 30 years as an emergency room nurse at the Billings Clinic. I also owned a gym franchise, 1-2-3 Fit, for a number of years.
I believe in community service and have had the honor of sitting on a number of Boards and being involved with a variety of fundraising events. Currently, I am a sustaining member of the Junior League of Billings and, over the years, I have been involved with Tumbleweed, STEP, Venture Theatre, Billings Studio Theater, 100 Strong, 406 Race Series, and NOVA. I have chaired annual fundraisers for STEP, Venture Theatre and the Junior League.
My greatest joy in life has been raising my children. I was widowed in June of 2004 and from that marriage I have two children. Remarried in 2010, we have 4 children together and are starting to add grandkids to the mix.
I have MANY hobbies including road biking, mountain biking, skiing, reading, trail running, pickle ball, relaxing, tennis, home projects, camping, hiking, etc. I like it all and love to keep busy, especially in the great outdoors! I have always had a passion for real estate and have been able to buy, improve upon, and sell a number of homes in the past. I love to have a hand in improving the neighborhoods of Billings and am so fortunate to be a part of Century 21 Hometown Brokers. I thoroughly enjoy guiding people through the process of buying and selling real estate.

Seller reviewKim was an absolute dream to work with! I had high expectations going in and she went over and above during the process and exceeded my expectations. While it can get tricky working with a friend, Kim was the epitome of a professional. Tell-tale sign of a true pro: she had multiple deals and clients she was dealing with at the same time, but hats off to her, she was excellent at making me feel like I was her only client. We went through a few challenges (those Montana hail storms!), I moved out-of-state during the process and she was simply amazing at handling all the hurdles, creating much less stress for me. Her communication and attentiveness are top-notch and I would confidently recommend her to anyone and everyone I know.

With my resident daughter living in Billings and Kim's expert help I was able to find a beautiful home while living in Chicago. Quite a feat. Put her at the top of your list.
