Seller reviewKim has a wealth of information and knew how much we were absorbing, therefore we were fully aware of each aspect as they appeared. We have not dealt with the agency before. We knew Kim from previous volunteer programs in our community. We also watched her take a close friend three experience of purchasing a home and she was so helpful our friend said she felt like she was a close friend. Kim kept us informed, quickly answered our questions, supported us when unsure, and a pleasure to work with. This was a scary process and she was there for us even when we didn't know it; We are so pleased we have already recommended her to our friends and have asked her to help us buy our new home next year, when this sellers market ends.
