Kim McPherson was absolutely amazing in helping us get our first rental property in Oswego. Being an investor from Virginia I leaned on Kim to line up multiple showings and to have a home inspector ready to go in a 24 hour window of time. She had everything lined up and we successfully got an offer accepted within those 24 hours.
