Kim was a pleasure to work with. Even though she had to drive an hour to show me houses she was always in a good mood and very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to any friends and family who are in the market for a new home. She has still been helpful with any issues that came up after the sale and was even very patient while waiting for me to fill out this survey. :)

We went to an open house in Camillus and then called Kim regarding the sale of our current home. We mentioned the Camillus home and she said that she could get us in to see it again. It was at this time that we decided to put in an offer. Kim was excellent with the negotiation between the other realtor and us. She did give us a names of personnel who could inspect the property. We were very happy with our dealing with the inspector. All around Kim did a great job for us.
