I wanted to utilize a realtor who would be cognizant of my needs and with whom I could work with easily. Kim Moxcey was all this and much more. She is the consummate professional while being an extraordinarily kind, honest, extremely supportive person. One could not find a more capable individual as Kim. Kim was immediately available to guide me through the process of selling and was always so compassionate in making me feel positive about my home even when I felt insecure. She notified me of every minute aspect of the process but was always truthful about every detail of the sale. I was anxious to sell, and she was aware of that, and assisted and guided me in doing this beautifully. She is an extraordinary realtor and woman and there can not be enough accolades said about her here. She will be recommended by me to anyone who is selling or buying a home. I was very apprehensive about many aspects of selling my home, but I could not have chosen a more competent, compassionate, knowledgeable, wonderful person as Kim Moxcey.
