Kim Newton was all around amazing! Could not have asked for a better agent! She knew what she was doing and it showed, she told us what was coming next and eased any anxiety in the process with her knowledge and attention to detail. She asked what we wanted and showed us all the houses that fit our criteria, she even adjusted showings after the first to better fit our needs. She did not waste time but was also very patient!
