Kim Potter took care of all my concerns and even helped me find local contractors to complete some work on the property. Kim was always cheerful and professional when we interacted. She was familiar with the home, with our family, and what needed to be done to sell it well. Kim always kept open and honest communication with each showing and feedback from other agents. She went above and beyond checking on the condition of the house, as we had moved out prior to selling. Not with Kim, she was on top of what was going on in the market and we felt she was most active and caring about getting our house shown to the right people. In the end Kim went beyond duty helping us get the house closed. I hope people do ask us about who to use, we been through a few and I will tell them there is only one, Kim Potter Century 21 agency.
