Buyer reviewEven though we were just looking last year, getting an idea of our budget, she took the time to actually show us the house and actively look for homes that matched what we were looking for. It was at that moment I knew whenever we were ready to purchase, she'd be the realtor we'd use. Actually caring about people goes a long way and I feel like Kim does. Kim Potter is just an awesome person, no other way to say it. She's really enjoyable to be around and always answers a call.

Buyer reviewThere was a house on the market that Kim Potter showed us. The owner did not want to take a contingency, but was "waiting" for us to sell our house. Kim's patience and the time she invested to help this deal go through was incredible. But--the deal did not go through. Kim had such empathy for us, she was determined to find us a house! And she did! The house we purchased was the exact opposite in experience than the first house. Kim was truly happy for us. But we were pretty happy for Kim--after all that work, we learned to really appreciate real estate agents and the commission they earn. If you are in the market, ask for Kim Potter, you will not be disappointed!
