Kim not only made us feel more comfortable and less anxious about the process, but she took steps above and beyond to make sure we knew everything. She took the time to show us everything and made sure we understood all aspects of the houses we were looking at. I couldn't thank Kim enough for all that she did for us and making our journey smooth and enjoyable!

Seller reviewPrior to listing, Kim met with us to discuss our ideas and needs. She worked on our timeline, and wasn't the least bit pushy about using her services or when to list. She made sure we were comfortable with all decisions. She evaluated the house and property, and provided all the info we needed to have everything ready for the sale. We honestly didn't think our house was worth what she suggested, and agreed to have her list it for $500 less - still with some trepidation. We had 5 offers within 5 days of listing! And took the one that was $500 over list - the exact price Kim had initially suggested! She walked us though each offer as they came in, pointing out pros and cons. We listed and closed in less than a month, which in a large part was due to Kim's knowledge of the selling process and excellent advice. We can't say enough about Kim and the information/advice she gave us.
