Seller reviewI knew we had made the right decision selecting Kim as our agent as soon as I spoke to her. My brother and I had been trying to do a deed in lieu for almost a year on a vacant house we owned and used as rental property. We were at out wits end when we decided to do a short sale back in February and we lived out of state. She immediately stepped into action. We had several buyers but some things fell through which were beyond her control. I'm so glad Kim worked with us. She made us feel as though we were her only clients. We were very happy with the service Kim provided.
