KIM VANMATRE IS BY FAR THE BEST REALTOR WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!! HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA MAKE HER REALLY STAND OUT FROM THE PACK!! SHE RESPONDS VERY QUICKLY WHEN CALLED, EMAILED OR TEXTED AND WAS ALWAYS AT THE SHOWINGS BEFORE WE WERE WITH THE HOUSE READY TO BE SEEN. Kim is a good person to have on your side, whether buying or selling. She will be open & honest, yet always respectful with you concerning what to list your house for, and what you can do to increase that value. But she also is great at finding houses that have the features important to you. Her honesty helps you feel good about the house you are selling, AND the house you are going to put an offer on. Kim really represents a person who can create a win-win-win situation, which many people don't think about. Yes, you Win because she helps you find your new house, but the second Win happens when she sell your house, and the third WIN that many take for granted is her ability to help the sellers of the house you are buying find their next dream house! And to have it all work into everyone's time table is amazing. THAT WAY EVERYONE WINS, IN THEIR NEW DREAM HOME!

Kim is very professional and a friendly realtor. She was always on time for meetings, very detailed in all gatherings and explained all paperwork. She has a great sense of humor and always made us feel comfortable. Kim was very organized and had everything ready to go when we needed it. When we sold our house, Kim knew we needed to find a house as soon as possible and found us a perfect home. She was always available when we needed her and got back to us right away via email, phone call, or text message. She is an amazing realtor.
