Buyer reviewKimberly Allard comes highly recommended by several family members and friends. She helped my husband find his first home and then helped us years later to find our first home together! Kimberly Allard is a super realtor! She is incredibly knowledge and professional. She answered my many questions any day or time. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying. She made buying a home (during a pandemic) as simple and clear as possible.

Seller reviewKimberly Allard was highly recommended to us and from the first phone call I knew that she was an excellent broker who would do her best for us. She has a wealth of information that was invaluable to us and even though we were overseas for most of the transaction she helped immensely in calming our nerves and walked us through every step in a professional way. Our first buyers offer fell through but Kim remained in constant contact and miraculously got a 2nd buyer almost immediately. She was crucial in every step of this process because we had no idea of how anything worked! She kept in contact with us overseas while contacting my son here and walking him through what needed to be done in regards to showings, paperwork to collect/prepare, steps to be taken to move forward. Kim is amazing! I cannot say enough about Kim and her all-out efforts to assist us in not just selling our condo, but facilitating every step along the way while keeping her patience at the 1 million questions we had. Her good humor, friendliness, experience and knowledge sharing is to be highly commended and we will definitely recommend her to anyone who asks!

Buyer reviewThe seller we dealt with was very difficult but Kim navigated the situation with ease. She went to bat for us and brought her extensive knowledge and experience to the table when working with the seller and their team. We could not have asked for a better broker. Working with Kim was nothing but a pleasure. My husband and I often found ourselves saying "Whatever you think is best - we trust you!". We felt entirely comfortable putting our full trust in Kim with the complex and sometimes tumultuous process of looking for a home. Kim's knowledge, experience, and tireless sense of humor was critical to our journey. She dealt with a difficult seller with ease - we didn't have to worry about a thing because we knew Kim had our backs. Lastly, she helped us navigate the home buying process during the uncertain times of Covid and kept us abreast of any new regulations that we needed to follow. I can't recommend her enough. Our experience was excellent; without any disappointments, frustrations or confusing moments. We would recommend them to anyone.

Buyer reviewKim literally pulled off the impossible!! I had made an offer on this property but was declined because another party had made a better offer. I was devastated. We continued to look at 10+ other properties and found another one which was great, but not this place. I made an offer and while waiting for the counter, Kim called the agent to get an update on the status of this place and low and behold, their financing fell through! We immediately made our original offer and with little negotiation, I got it! If Kim didn't make that phone call, I would be living in a very nice house, but not the one I truly wanted. She is a legend!!!

She was always made time to schedule phone calls or meetings and went out of her way to get the work done! Fabolous!
