Our purchase required negotiation - but with a family whose home had been built by the father (now deceased) and mother (who had lived there her entire life until recently.) Despite the emotional attachment of the family to the home, Kim was able to successfully, yet tactfully, negotiate an equitable price quickly. We appreciate all that she did on our behalf to get us into our new home!
