I cannot imagine that anyone other than Kimberly would have been able to close the transaction and get me my beautiful new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Kimberly Kirkman to any of my family and friends. Although I am not planning to move or purchase another property, if the situation changes I will beg Kimberly to handle my transaction.

Kimberly did an excellent job for us, as we were from out of state. After we bid on a house we had to go back to our home state and Kimberly handled everything. Using E-mails,faxes, and telephone nothing was left undone. I would highly recommend her. Not only was she a great broker /agent, we feel we have made a good friend in our new environment.
